Ingredients
Attention to #logical levels
Flexible access to an #associated and #dissociated perspective
#conscious #presuppositions
Abundant amounts of #I//you-sorting
At least one common #intention
Flexible access to a variety of potential solutions, ref #right//#left
Lots of #pacing and #leading
#congruence
Directions
Start out with attention to #logical levels and add alternately an #associated and #dissociated perspective in order to early detect mismatches in the communication, which potentially could initiate a conflict.
Add some awareness of #presuppositions in order to detect any assumptions, claims, expectations and other types of #presuppositions, which potentially could be starting points for conflicts.
Include abundant amounts of #I//#you-sorting, so that everyone are allowed to talk on their own behalf without anyone else passing judgment. Be particularly aware that mixing poor #I//#you-sorting into the process will probably increase conflict level and even making the conflict stuck.
Look for at least one common #intention to be the starting point for looking at mutually agreed solutions, ref #right//#left.
To be served with large amounts of #pacing and #leading, to establish contact and trust and firmly #lead to common solutions.
Finally check for #congruence, i.e. that everyone actually agree and then follow up the agreement.
Enjoy!
NB1: The following #ingredients are likely to break trust and add to drama:
- Lack of #I//#you-sorting
- Mis#pacing – the opposite of #pacing
- Mis#leading – the opposite of #leading
- #incongruence – the lack of consistency between the #ingredients described above.
